Dayglo Harbour ArtifactsHarbour
A photo of the spotted clolours in dayglo orange, marine greens and muted yellows, on an overall grey vista of Plymouth's Sutton Harbour. Taken from the leeward side of the lock gates, the residential areas of Mount Gould, St Judes and Laira can be seen overlooking the scene. Foremost in the foreground are three inflatables, two in dayglo orange and one grey. A rowing boat makes its way towards them, past a small motorboard. On the right and leading the eye into the picture you can see a string of mooring buoys, halted abrubtly by the diagonal of the harbour's wall and lock gates Behind this protection, again on the right, is the National Marine Aquarium, with the two wind tubines just in front, and on the other side you can see the Barbican Prawn, shouting its defiance seeward. find similar photos...
